KIWI FRUIT

It is a healthy fruit . It is also help my skin to smooth. I like to eat this Kiwi fruit. I an be strong, if I eat this fruit everyday. There many types of fruit that I haven't shown it to you. If you don't go all fruits , my anti body is not very strong.



It is rich is VITAMIN C. Normally , I eat fruit after food. The fruit is Kiwi Fruit. It is not very sour. When you eat it, it is soft. Everyday, I eat fruit can be healthy.

• Kiwi fruits can protect people from macular degeneration that happens with age. Studies show that including at least three servings of fruits in regular diet can reduce the chances of macular damage to the eyes.
• The kiwi fruit is rich in vitamin A, C and E. Vitamin C, which is a water-soluble antioxidant, can protect the body from free radicals.

First, you must peel the skin. My first intention, I peel off skin scanner. Do you know why? I peel with my finger is difficult to peel it. This is yellow sweet potatoes. So delicious. The favourite is food. Long ago, Olden day, people can't buy with money. The only food is sweet potatoes for them as breakfast, lunch and dinner during war time. I am lucky.

I eat feel very hungry. I eat two bowl for laksa..... My friend surprise... I can really can eat it. Do you why....? It can called Bihun Laksa . Twice time that I order. Hehe...!!! Last time, I don't like laksa..... Do you what my reason...? I scared burn hot my tougue. It make feel hot.




I went to dataran to eat to just for laksa food. This fews days I seldom come eat this stall. It is bihun is hard. It is yellow bihun than others. This special laksa that I eat it.
